Wanting to avoid an ethical crisis? iLEAD can help. Crises present many challenges. Leaders are not always prepared to respond to them ethically. Mishandling of crises is often detrimental to the leader and to their organization. Learn how to lead through a crisis ethically.
This workshop is available in a 1-day or 2-day format. The 2-day format is more in depth and allows the participants more time to practice what they learn. They also get more focused attention both from their peers and from the founder and the lead, Antonis Coumoundouros.
The Workshop Covers:
(1) The ten types of crises.
(2) The three stages of a crisis: precrisis, crisis, postcrisis.
(3) Ethical crisis management: principles and strategies.
(4) Extreme leadership and ethical demands.
Times and Cost:
The one-day workshop runs from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm. The cost is $2000 for up to 30 participants.
The two-day workshop runs from 9:00 until 4:00 pm. The cost is $3500 for up to 30 participants.
Price is for workshops held within 100 miles of Adrian, Michigan or hosted virtually.
